- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff lie. The pharmacists lie and treat customers like criminals. Abysmal customer service. My friend who is a regular customer of this pharmacy was treated extremely poorly. They lied about his medicine being available and about their not being a problem with the prescription. He was told one thing by one pharmacist and when we arrived via a 1 hour train ride with my friend being very ill a new pharmacist was there and my friend was told that no they didnt have the medicine available. It was 8.30pm and the pharmacist demanded that he call my friends doctor to make sure his Doctor actually wrote the script. I could not believe it. And this is the second time this has happened and the pharmacist didnt apologize for the mix up then either? The pharmacist even smirked when we told him our predicament. Uncaring. Just interested in money. The staff are middle eastern but they treat their middle eastern customers including my friend, like criminals. Disgusted beyond belief.
